Why Peak II Foundation Stands Behind This Forum
Peak II Foundation is a charitable organisation rooted in Hong Kong, with a single guiding purpose: Empower Education, Elevate the Future (培力教育・提升未來).
We believe change travels through human relationships. When one person is equipped with skills, confidence, and opportunity, they become a force that lifts everyone around them. That’s why we invest in people who help people — a philosophy we call the multiplier effect: one act of support, designed to ripple outward through the hands of those it empowers.
Few organisations embody this idea more powerfully than the Adream Foundation. Every Dream Centre Adream builds equips a teacher; every teacher equipped lifts a classroom; every classroom lifted reshapes a community. As Adream steps into its AI-empowered chapter, the questions get harder — and standing alongside them matters more. About the Adream Foundation
Founded in 2008, the Shanghai Adream Charitable Foundation (Adream Foundation) is a 5A-rated public foundation initiated and operated by senior professionals from financial institutions and listed companies. It is widely recognised as one of “the most transparent foundations in China.”
Over eighteen years, Adream has dedicated itself to advancing competency-based education for young people across China. Its work now reaches all 31 provincial regions, having supported more than 3.1 million students and teachers to grow with confidence, ease, and dignity. As the first charitable foundation in China to publish annual reports to the standards of a listed company, Adream has redefined what professional, transparent, high-impact philanthropy looks like.
In 2023, under the guidance of the Ministry of Education’s Teacher Affairs Department, Adream joined hands with the China Teacher Development Foundation to launch the “Dream Project” — a flagship initiative built on four pillars: Dream Centres, Adream Teacher Training Classes, “One County, One Dream,” and “Love at the Borders, Lighting Up the Frontiers.”

In 2026, Adream officially steps into its AI-empowered era, with a goal to build an AI Dream Network reaching 3,000 county-level schools by 2030 — bringing the dividends of technology to millions of rural students and teachers. The vision is simple: let algorithms take care of the repetitive, so teachers can give back what only they can — the warmth of education.
This Hong Kong forum will unfold around that vision. Together we will explore:
