Meet Our Founders
Terry and Eric come from the finance industry, where they spent their careers understanding how capital creates value. Over time, they came to recognise a different kind of return --- one measured not in financial outcomes, but in human potential.
Together, they founded Peak II Foundation with a simple conviction: that people are society's most overlooked source of strength. Beginning in Hong Kong, they saw families navigating hardship, mothers rebuilding their lives, and children carrying dreams far larger than their circumstances ---each with potential that needed care, opportunity, and belief to take root.
Like the hikers who tackle The Twins, Terry and Eric believe that the hardest journeys reveal the deepest growth. Their commitment is to ensure that no one has to make that climb alone and that local acts of support can contribute to something far more universal: a more compassionate and connected humanity.
