Reconnecting with Inner Wellbeing

Wellness Session with Dreamworks Foundation

Figaro Music Restaurant, Telford Plaza | 9 April 2026

Sustainable impact does not begin with how much we do, but with how well we are.

Peak II Foundation was pleased to take part in “靈商身心輕”, a wellness‑focused session organised by Dreamworks Foundation, centred on nurturing physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. In a fast‑paced working environment where pressure often goes unspoken, the session offered participants a moment to pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves. The session brought together 30 participants in an intimate, grounded setting that allowed space for personal reflection and shared experience.

The experience was guided by Singer Orlando To, together with wellness mentor Clara Yau, who brought complementary practices that engaged both body and inner awareness. Through gentle stretching, mindful movement, chakra‑focused dance, and the resonant tones of singing bowls, participants were invited to release tension and gradually restore inner balance.

Rather than emphasising performance or productivity, the session centred on presence — encouraging participants to attune to their breath, bodily sensations, and emotional state. These simple yet grounded practices highlighted that wellbeing is not a destination, but an ongoing relationship with oneself.

Key themes explored during the session included:

  • restoring inner energy to sustain focus and clarity at work
  • relieving stress in the moment through accessible, embodied practices
  • cultivating awareness and balance through movement, sound, and mindfulness

What resonated most was the reminder that caring for oneself is not separate from caring for others. When individuals are given the space to regulate, reflect, and reconnect, they are better equipped to engage with their communities, responsibilities, and relationships with steadiness and compassion.

At Peak II Foundation, we believe that supporting humanity begins with supporting the person. Wellbeing is not an end in itself, but a quiet foundation — one that enables individuals to grow, connect, and contribute meaningfully over time.

We are grateful to Dreamworks Foundation, Orlando To, and Clara Yau for creating a thoughtful space that honours the human experience, and for reminding us that resilience and service are sustained from within.

Caring for our inner wellbeing is not a luxury — it is a foundation.
